Welcome to MindyFurSuits! By commissioning us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth and professional transaction between us and our clients.

1. General Terms

• We are highly flexible makers and strive to provide our clients with the best possible service to help them achieve their dream fursuit. We offer additional flexibilities whenever possible.

• We reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

• Our work is handmade, meaning minor imperfections may occur.

• Any changes to these terms will be updated and communicated to ongoing clients if necessary.

2. Payments & Pricing

• We offer payment plans to make our products more accessible. Any deposit or slot confirmation amount is non-refundable. Work will begin only after 50% of the total amounthas been paid. The remaining balance must be paid before the fursuit is shipped.

• Payment plans are available for orders over $300.

• We offer payment plans ranging from 3 to 9 months to suit our clients’ financial needs.

• Prices are subject to change, but once a commission is accepted, the agreed price remains fixed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• If a commission is canceled before work begins, the deposit is non-refundable.

• If a commission is canceled after work has started, a partial refund (minus material and labor costs) may be offered at our discretion.

• No refunds will be issued once the project is 50% or more complete.

• If we are unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

4. Art Design & Revisions

• Clients must provide clear reference images or detailed descriptions.

• If we create your reference sheet, the revisions will free.

• Once the final design is approved, major changes (e.g., color, structure) will not be possible.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

• Completion time varies based on workload, materials, and complexity, usually taking 2 to 9 weeks.

• Rush orders (faster completion) may be available for an additional 5% fee.

• Delays due to material shortages, shipping issues, or emergencies will be communicated promptly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping to our clients, but customs duties and import taxes are the client’s responsibility.

• Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by the courier.

7. Warranty & Repairs

• We offer 1 month of free minor repairs (e.g., loose stitching) due to normal wear and tear.

• Repairs due to misuse, improper care, or external damage may incur a fee.

• Clients must cover shipping costs for repairs unless covered under warranty.

8. Client Responsibilities

• We accept commissions from all age groups, including minors.

• Clients agree to provide honest and accurate measurements; incorrect measurements are not our responsibility.

• Clients must handle the fursuit with care. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse or poor maintenance.

9. Copyright & Usage Rights

• We retain the right to use images of completed commissions for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution

• If a dispute arises, we encourage resolving it through direct communication.

• Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will result in a ban from future commissions and legal action if necessary.
